SWAN Pennsylvania
Empowering nonprofits, arts organizations, and community partners to build a stronger, more inclusive, and more sustainable future together.
Kindness. Collaboration. Compatibility.
The Strategic Workforce & Arts Network of Pennsylvania—SWAN—is a collaborative statewide initiative designed to strengthen nonprofit organizations, arts institutions, and creative community partners through shared resources, training, and coordinated support. We believe that kindness, collaboration, accessibility, and ethical practices are the foundation for resilient communities. SWAN exists to unite organizations who want to grow together, raise standards together, and build a more connected Pennsylvania.
